Policies

• Please arrive on time for your appointment and wait in the car until called in. You may not be seen if you are more than 10 minutes late.
• An online deposit is required when booking treatments with the balance paid after treatment.
• Cancellations must be made 48 hours before your appointment. Cancellations made after this will result in the loss of the deposit.
• All clients must be 18 years of age. ID may be required
• You will be offered a 2-week review appointment for all anti-wrinkle treatments. This must be booked no later than 3 weeks after treatment. No review will be given after this time.
• Consultation appointments are required for anti-wrinkle treatments. These are with a qualified nurse and prescriber. This allows for establishing patient goals, managing expectations, and deciding on an appropriate treatment plan. A £30 consultation fee will be charged. This is redeemable against any treatments booked. You are not obliged to book a treatment after this consultation.
